Where is the event?

The event is held at Ironlight, 525 3rd St, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. Ironlight is located in the heart of Lake Oswego, just minutes from downtown Portland.

 

What time should I arrive?

The event begins at 6:00 PM with a cocktail reception and silent auction. The main program will begin around 7:00 PM and last approximately 60 minutes. We recommend arriving before 6:00 PM to allow time to check-in, enjoy the reception and browse the silent auction.

 

Where do I park?

There is ample free street parking surrounding the venue. For accessibility needs or accessible parking assistance, please contact Simon before the event.

 

How do I update my ticket registration or make guest changes to my sponsored table?

Contact Simon directly with the new information.

 

Do I have to register a credit card?

Guests are not required to register a credit card at check-in. If you are interested in pre-registering your payment details, please reach out to your table host.

 

Are there meal options for dietary restrictions?

Yes! We offer meal options for vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests. If you have a specific allergy or dietary need, please submit your request to Simon no later than 3 weeks before the event.

 

What is the dress code?

Come as you are! There is no dress code. Some guests wear jeans, others arrive after work in business casual attire — all are equally welcome. Be comfortable, be you.

Will there be an auction?

Yes! The evening will feature both a silent auction (beginning at 6:00 PM during the reception) and a live auction during the program. Come ready to bid on unique experiences and items while supporting Parrott Creek’s mission.
